Before booking a course please read our STUDENT AGREEMENT. It is a requirement for enrollment that students are aware of their rights and responsibilities whist completing a course with Simple Instruction which is conducted under the auspices and as a co-provider to Allen’s Training Pty Ltd RTO 90909.
Enhanced Online Learning First Aid Courses
- HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation: Approx. 2 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 20 minute face to face practical assessment with the trainer. – $65
- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid (Includes CPR): Approx. 3.5 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 1 hour face to face practical assessment with the trainer. – $125 (Formerly Senior First aid and Apply First Aid)
- HLTAID012 Provide first aid in an education and care setting (Includes CPR) : Approx. 4.5 hours of online theory and theory assessment with a 1 hour face to face practical assessment with the trainer. –$135 (Child Care First Aid course)
- Resuscitation Mask Training – $50 (Police officers – please email we will open a course at the same time as your first aid training)

Cancellations / Re-scheduling / Refunds / Privacy
Simple Instruction ABN 30 641 139 648 – All booking cancellations or re-scheduling will incur a $40.00 fee. In cases where less than 48 hours notice of cancellation or re-schedule is provided, the full course fee may be charged (this also includes no shows). For instant mistake booking we will re-schedule or refund may be applied. We will not disclose customer personal information to any 3rd parties. Failure to bring appropriate ID will also result in a $40.00 rescheduling fee for White Card participants. In the rare event that Simple Instruction cancels the service due to no fault of the customer a full refund will be issued.
